This Shipping and Delivery Policy forms part of our Terms of Use ("Terms") and should therefore be read in conjunction with
our main Terms.

Please carefully review our Shipping and Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

HOW WILL MY PACKAGE BE PROCESSED?

Once you place an order on our website, our team will begin processing it immediately. To help you plan your purchase, please consider the following schedule:

Order cut-off time:  08:00 PM (GMT+08:00) Hong Kong Standard Time (Hong Kong)

Processing time:  2 - 4 days (Monday - Friday)

Transit time:  7 - 14 days (Monday - Saturday)

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a tracking link. We'll also notify you by email when your order has been delivered.

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING AND DELIVERY OPTIONS?

Your package will be centrally processed at our Shen Zhen warehouse. Once in transit to Mexico, J&T Mexico will process the delivery.

SHIPPING RATES

We offer free standard shipping on orders over 450 MXN, and for orders below this amount, we charge a fee of 150 MXN.

WHAT TO DO IF YOU DON'T RECEIVE YOUR PACKAGE?

If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it,
please:

1. Verify the shipping address.

2. Review all possible delivery locations at your residence.

3. Ask neighbors or family members if they accepted the package.

4. Contact the courier with your tracking number to initiate a claim. If your package is officially declared lost, contact us immediately with your order number. We will reship your order or provide a refund, depending on your preference.
